The sense of smell plays a crucial role in shaping our emotions and behaviours. Happy thoughts have created essential oil blends helping to regulate and calm the nervous system. The benefits of essential oils are well-documented and continue to be researched today. These natural compounds can be used to improve mental and physical health in a number of ways, including: reducing stress, promoting relaxation, aiding more restful sleep, relieving skin irritation, soothing sore muscles and promoting concentration and focus.
How to use – Nasal Inhaler - Simply remove the lid, inhale slowly for 4 seconds, and exhale slowly for 6 seconds. Repeat as required, up to 10 times. To be used as and when required. Other breathing techniques can be applied to suit individual preference.
How to use – Roller Bottle – Remove lid and roll the Reiki charged crystal essential oil onto your pulse points. These are areas with a concentration of blood vessels close to the skin surface, allowing quicker absorbsion. Pulse points include: the inner wrists, temples, behind the ears, the back of the neck.
